Angie Gradney was the Listing Agent for a Short Sale I purchased.  The existing lender was Chase.  I knew I was in for a long time period as it was a Short Sale.  She had to interface with the Short Sale department and negotiate the sales price with the bank negotiator as I was not willing to budge with my offer. This was not an easy task!  

She persistently followed up with Lender on updates & coordinated periodically with all the parties involved trying to confirm the timing needed to close the loan.  She  always gave me and my Realtor an update.  She was always professional all the way through despite the bumps we were dealing with which was beyond our control.
